Service Policy BizPie provides 7 days a week support. BizPie's support staffs are available for the most of our clients' business hours. If
you need any non-emergency support, please contact BizPie Technical support at least one day prior to the desired service implementation date. Any billing or accounts payable questions must be
forwarded during the normal business hours (9am-9pm in Pacific Standard Time, Mon-Friday).
